111 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony Announcement

1 . 各撥穗代表領2張觀禮證，親朋好友可憑證入二樓撥穗代表家長保留席，觀禮席其餘非保留座位開放家長自由入座，當座位已滿時可至教研大樓羅家倫講堂、203室及B1的001-002-003三間家長休息區觀禮，觀禮證預計於5月26日下午1點至3點於大禮堂進行典禮預演由教務處發放。
2 . 博士生撥穗代表即日起(5/10)若臨時要借用學位服，可洽系辦公室或行政大樓一樓總務處事務組學位服借用之程崇寜先生。

1 . Each tassel-turning representative is entitled to receive 2 spectator passes, which can be used by family and friends to access the reserved seating area on the second floor for tassel-turning representatives ' parents. Other non-reserved seats in the spectator area are available for parents to sit freely. When the seating area is full, parents can watch the event from the parent rest areas located in the Luo Jialun Lecture Hall and Room 203 of the Education and Research Building and Rooms 001-002-003 on B1. The spectator passes are expected to be distributed by the Office of Academic Affairs during the rehearsal ceremony at the auditorium from 1 PM to 3 PM on May 26th.
2 . Doctoral students who need to borrow academic dress temporarily can contact Mr. Cheng-Ning Cheng, the staff member in charge of academic dress borrowing at the General Affairs Division on the first floor of the Administration Building, or the department office, starting from May 10th.
